The Mind Mentor provides executive function, academic, and performance coaching for teenage boys. Services provided through The Mind Mentor are educational and coaching services only and do not constitute licensed psychotherapy, medical diagnosis, or clinical mental health treatment.

B. Information Regarding Teen Applicants:

  • Student Details: Teen’s full name, grade level (9th–12th), school name, and general academic or behavioral goals.

  • Readiness & Assessment Data: Answers regarding executive function challenges, motivation, and willingness to participate in mentorship.

  • Safety & Screening Data: Confidential responses regarding active therapy or safety concerns, collected solely to ensure proper program fit, group cohort chemistry, and emergency preparedness.
